We are excited to offer 2nd annual True Blue children’s camp for ages 6-12. This camp is located onsite at the Sou’wester and runs parallel to Indigofest Retreat. True Blue is rooted in nature-based learning and play featuring indigo(and other natural dye) processes with forest/beach adventures.

Grades: 1st-6th as of ‘26 (maximum of 18 participants)

Price: $125 per child

Schedule: We welcome all participants of True Blue and Indigofest on Monday night for a family-friendly meet and greet with snacks/drinks and children’s movie in the Movie Bus. Camp schedule runs August 4th-6th Tues/Wed/Thurs onsite at the Sou’wester from 8:45am-4pm with daily beach walks, lunch break(spent with their respective adults), and hands-on guided learning in a small group with a different focus each day: Indigo Day(learn patterns in the indigo vat and play with fresh indigo methods), Mixed Media Day(collage, indigo painting on fiber/paper, and more), and a Fiber Craft(backstrap weaving from ‘25 pictured). Thursday evening is our “Open Gallery” and bead exchange for both True Blue and Indigofest before our all campus pizza and potluck dinner. We say our farewells and checkout on Friday am by 11am.

Food: Lite snacks, beverages, and popcorn are provided Monday evening at meet and greet/movie bus. Campers eat breakfast prior to camp start at 8:45am on Tues-Thurs and break for lunch each day at noon with their respective guardians/parents. We provide pizza on Thursday nite for the pizza + potluck dinner.
