A global invitation to participate in our Indigovisions interactive art installation…

Indigovisions will be on view August-October ‘24 at the Sou’wester Lodge Art Trailer Gallery located in Seaview, WA, USA.

Who can participate: Any and all lovers of blue/indigo friends are invited to participate. All ages and mediums welcome.

How to participate: Mail us a hand-decorated postcard with an Indigo Blessing/Art: a blue vison for the present/future. Paintings, poems, affirmations, prayers, wishes, drawings, indigo paint, ink, fresh indigo leaf prints, and all iterations of blues welcome. Follow our Instagram for more details and inspiration for the project. Postcards will be on display in the Indigovisions gallery along with other indigo art and textiles. Postcards will not be for sale/are not returned to sender. Please put your full name and your website or IG handle on the backside- the address side of the postcard- to be displayed in our contributors booklet.

More about Indigofest Retreat…

Our retreat is a celebration of indigo past, present, and future, featuring the full range of Pacific NW blues, from fresh indigo leaves to pigment extraction to our vat made with local indigo pigment, wild salal berry, and oyster shell lime. We’ll work with a range of mediums including fiber, paper, ink, paint, pastels, and more. Our 5th annual event takes place August 26th-30th ‘24 at the Historic Sou’wester Lodge in Seaview, Washington situated on the magnificent Long Beach peninsula, the ancestral lands of the Chinook peoples.
