Indigofest Retreat
Join us where the sea meets sky for our annual Indigofest Retreat: August 26th-30th ‘24 at the Historic Sou’wester Lodge in Seaview, Washington situated on the magnificent Long Beach peninsula, the ancestral lands of the Chinook peoples. This immersive retreat is a celebration of indigo past, present, and future, featuring hands-on workshops and in-depth demos with Britt Boles & Iris Sullivan Daire. We’ll experience fresh Pacific blues, from leaf to pigment to vat with local fiber, paper, paint, and more. Registration is open!
Indigofest event occurs annually on Chinook land and we invite you to join us in supporting the Chinook Nation in their continued fight for federal recognition, a title that has been unjustly stripped from them, in addition to land and money stolen. What’s new this year?
Art Installation: Indigovisions
An invitational interactive art installation. You’re invited to participate in the exhibit by sending us a handmade postcard(drawn, painted, etc.) with an Indigo Blessing, either written or visual. We invite all indigo friends to participate, you do not have to be attending this year’s event. Follow on our Instagram for more details and inspiration for the project.

How it all began…Britt and Iris created Indigofest in 2018, with a pocket full of indigo leaves and deep desire for nurturing spaces of blue community and craft.
