Cancellation Policy

Policy for Indigofest Retreat 2026:

Full refund minus 5% in processing fees for cancellations no later than May 30th, 2026. Please contact us ASAP in the event that you need to cancel your registration.

We do not provide refunds on registration tickets after May 30th, 2026

Lodging is secured separately through the Sou’wester- please contract them to cancel your lodging reservation HERE

If the event is cancelled/rescheduled by Indigofest:

If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for a future event date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, please contact us asap to arrange a refund.

If the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded.
